Orders may be canceled up to 30 minutes after placing the order with us. Your order may be unable to be canceled after this time has elapsed. If this is the case, you will need to return the item per our return policy if you no longer require the item.

Most items can be returned within 30 days unless return is prohibited by Amazon. A restocking fee will be deducted for returned items used/opened condition. A 50% restocking fee will be deducted for items returned in a condition that is materially different than it was shipped in per Amazon's allowable policy. With the exception of items that were damaged in transit to you or defective items, which are not subject to restocking fees We may request any product damage to be photographed and sent to us for verification prior to return. Claims of damage/defect are verified upon receipt.

If you return an item using the return label provided in the Returns Center and the reason for the return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with any applicable restocking fees.

We may provide an unpaid return label for your return items at our discretion for buyer-fault return reasons. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees, however, there will be no restocking/return fees assessed and a full refund will be issued for these returns.

Please save the box that your item arrived in until the end of the return period. We cannot send a replacement box for your item should you wish to return it.

We will refund 100% of your purchase price, minus shipping costs for returned unopened items. As noted above, opened/used returned items will be subject to a 20-50% restocking fee.

Please note: The following items must be returned unopened/unused to be eligible for return: Breast Pumps, Car Seats, Baby Strollers, children's clothing, maternity clothing.

Hazmat/Hazardous, food, vitamins, sanitary, pet food and supplies, and other perishable items are not returnable. We cannot accept returns for items that are not eligible for return through Amazon's return system
